MANNY QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

We invest substantial care and attention in the screening process of our mannies, just as we do for our clients, and we expect mannies to meet us with the same level of commitment. Our standards are high, leading us to select only the most exceptional candidates. To join our roster and find a family through us, here are the essential requirements you’ll need to fulfill.

At least 3 years paid experience working with children (domestic experience a huge plus)

Los Angeles Resident (or due to move here within 30 days)

Hold a current CPR, First Aid/AED Certificate (or complete upon hire)

Legally Authorized to work in the USA

Aged 21 years +

Fluent in English (Read, Write & Speak)

Educated to college level

Valid California Driver’s License, reliable and insured vehicle

Have a sound knowledge of childcare

Have a complete work history, accounting for all gaps in employment

Excellent references that can be verified

Able to make at least a 1-year commitment to a family
