The resume & application have been approved – now one of our recruiters will reach out to the candidate to chat briefly about who they are and what they’re looking for. Childcare Aptitude Test
It is paramount to ensure that our mannies have the experience they claim. Face to Face Interview
During this meeting we discuss in more detail what they’re looking for, and review their resume & application together. We require a minimum of three child care references. Each reference is contacted and asked a list of premeditated questions, (along with anything you would like to know).
